Based in George with contracts across the Western Cape including the West Coast, Eden Developments is a construction and home development company running projects from start to completion.  We have a hands-on approach in all areas which sets us apart from our competitors. We have teams of highly skilled and competent employees across the board which are trained and constantly developing their skills.

Dominique de la Croix B.SC (QS) is the owner of the company and is responsible for the overall management of the projects and costing, along with two dedicated Site Manager’s who cover the ground work and site management, as well as an excellent project accounts and administrative team that is dedicated to doing their best for all clients. 

Eden Developments runs on effective client communication coupled with an experienced skill-set in the industry with an outstanding attention to detail – no matter the size of the project.
